Contraindications

Vastarel is contraindicated in patients with a history of hypersensitivity to Trimetazidine. Antihypertensive Agents: Medicines such as amlodipine or lisinopril may have their blood pressure-lowering effects enhanced when taken with Vastarel.
Beta-Blockers: When taken with Vastarel, beta-blockers like propranolol may have an increased effect on slowing down your heart rate.

Missed dose

If you forget to take a dose of Vastarel, take it as soon as you remember. If it's nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your regular schedule.

Overdose

If you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose of Vastarel, you may experience common side effects like dizziness or stomach pain. If these symptoms persist, inform your doctor.

Storage
